What is a hybrid solar wind energy system?

The Hybrid Solar Wind Energy System (HSWES) integrates wind turbines with solar energy systems. This research project aims to develop effective modeling and control techniques for a grid-connected HSWES.

The hybrid energy storage system works together with renewable energy sources to meet the electrical and thermal demands of the system by coordinating the charging and discharging operations of PHES, EES, STPP, and HES.
