How are the capacity schemes of wind and pumped-storage power stations obtained?

As shown in Fig. B1, the capacity schemes of wind and pumped-storage power stations are obtained under the constraints of β and αwind. The techno-economic indicators developed in Section 3 are used to evaluate the capacity configuration for the clean energy base.
