The communication between the inverter and the monitoring platform relies on a communication protocol in terms of software and mainly uses a monitoring stick module as a medium or bridge for data transmission and reception in terms of hardware. This ensures that the inverter’s operation can be displayed on the monitoring and maintenance platform.

How many solar inverters can be connected to ESS?

The grid-tied and off-grid ESS supports a maximum of three SUN2000- (2KTL-6KTL)-L1 inverters (with batteries) cascaded. In this scenario, the inverters can be connected to the grid only at the same phase and controlled only by a single-phase power meter. Grid connection at different phases or using a three-phase power meter is not supported.
